Exterior Building Signage
The exterior identity for The Gauge includes two large illuminated letter sets mounted high on the building façade along with an illuminated projecting sign designed to improve visibility from the street.
The illuminated letters provide strong nighttime visibility while maintaining a clean, architectural appearance during the day. The projecting blade sign adds another layer of visibility for pedestrians and visitors approaching the property.
Together, these elements establish a strong visual identity for the building and help the property stand out within the neighborhood.
Window Graphics and Exterior Details
In addition to the primary signage, we fabricated and installed custom vinyl window graphics that reinforce the property’s branding and add visual interest at street level.
These graphic elements help activate the building exterior while maintaining consistency with the overall signage system.
ADA-Compliant Interior Signage System
Multifamily developments require a large number of ADA-compliant signs to meet accessibility codes. For The Gauge, we fabricated and installed a complete ADA signage package that included unit number signage, room identification signs, wayfinding signage, amenity signage, parking-related signage, restroom identification, code-required pool and gym signage, and maximum occupancy signs.
All signs were fabricated to meet ADA requirements including tactile lettering, braille, mounting height, and contrast standards.
While ADA signage is often treated as a purely functional requirement, we work closely with designers and developers to ensure these signs complement the overall design of the property rather than distracting from it.
