Illuminated Trimless Channel Letters

Rather than producing traditional face-lit letters with vinyl trim-cap, we fabricate a “trimless” style letter that seamlessly blends the aluminum return with the acrylic face.  This provides a museum quality final product that allows much smaller detail than a traditional channel letter.  These can also be designed to be halo-lit for a clean, edge glow.

Halo Lit Channel Letters

Halo Lit or Reverse Pan Channel Letters create an elegant effect by illuminating the surface behind the letters, reducing the ambient light, which is ideal in mixed-use or high-density neighborhoods.  These letters  have a solid face so they look excellent both during the daytime, as well as when illuminated at night.

Push Through Illuminated Signs

When you cut a logo out of thick acrylic, then push that through the metal face of a sign with the same logo cut out of it, you have a push-through sign. Add lights behind that, and  you’ve created a push-through illuminated sign.  Push-through signs are an excellent way to combine a variety of materials to create a very high-end effect with the illuminated edges of acrylic that extend beyond the metal face of the sign.

Routed and Backed Signs

Routed and Backed Signs are an excellent style of backlit sign cabinets. Energy efficient LED lights hidden inside the cabinet give an eco-friendly glow to the translucent acrylic that backs the routed logo in the aluminum face of the sign cabinet.

Projecting & Blade Signs

Projecting or blade signs are double-sided signs that protrude at a 90 degree angle from a wall. These are a must in two-way, high traffic areas where there are many businesses in a close proximity.  Projecting signs can either be internally illuminated, cabinets with channel letters, or non-illuminated signs made of any material. We have produced wood projecting signs with flat-cut aluminum logos for a jewelry store, cabinet blade signs with halo-lit channel letters, or sculptural pieces of art projecting off the wall.

Monument Signs

Also known as ground signs, if you’re set back from the street, or you don’t want to cover your building with a wall sign, then you should consider adding a monument sign to your property. Reflecting the architecture of your building, monument signs provide an excellent opportunity to get creative with your signage. Monument signs do require a concrete or brick base structure for support, so there’s a bit more involved in building a monument sign, than your average wall sign, but often, the investment pays off in the end by providing added visibility that you just don’t get from other types of signage.

LED (Faux) Neon Signs

LED Neon Signs are becoming more and more popular because of the advantages they have over real neon. LED neon is not fragile like real neon, a lot safer, uses a lot less energy to operate, and overall will last longer than a traditional neon sign. Businesses are finding that modern neon flex products can be used for more than just neon open signs. Hipster neon word lights feature in co-workspaces; neon wall art adorns coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and diners; neon light up signs appear in beauty salons and barber shops; neon quote signs are found in nightclubs and yoga studios. The design ideas are endless using LED neon!

Neon Signs

Neon tube signs are produced by the craft of bending glass tubing into shapes. A worker skilled in this craft is known as a glass bender, neon bender or tube bender. The neon tube is made out of 4 or 5-foot long straight sticks of hollow glass. We then take that blown glass and assemble them into individual custom designed and fabricated signs. Neon can be installed in a variety of ways, either directly on a wall, inside a fabricated letter, or on a backer panel or cabinet. Neon is a great solution if you’re looking for that classic retro look.
