RiNo Sign Works partnered with CentrePoint Properties to complete a comprehensive signage refresh for Gold’s Marketplace, a busy retail center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The goal of the project was to modernize the property’s signage system and create a cohesive experience for visitors while improving visibility and navigation throughout the development.
Our team handled the project from permitting through fabrication and installation. The scope included a variety of signage types designed to support both tenant visibility and site wayfinding. New illuminated projecting tenant blade signs were installed along the storefronts to highlight individual businesses and improve pedestrian visibility. We also fabricated and installed illuminated wayfinding cabinets featuring internally illuminated lettering and site maps to help visitors navigate the property more easily.
Additional elements included halo-lit dimensional building numbers mounted on standoffs, directional parking signage, and vinyl tenant decals for several storefronts. The project also featured a larger illuminated projecting cabinet sign identifying the North Side Shops, along with aluminum identification plaques for key areas within the development.
Because the work spanned multiple signage types and locations across the center, the project required careful coordination between permitting, fabrication, and installation teams. The end result is a clean, consistent signage system that improves both tenant visibility and the overall experience for visitors at Gold’s Marketplace.
