Located in Denver’s historic Speer neighborhood, Chloé is a boutique multifamily residential property that combines modern luxury with timeless architectural character. The ownership team wanted signage that would complement the building’s restored masonry facade while providing a refined and welcoming arrival experience for residents and guests.
RiNo Sign Works fabricated and installed a custom illuminated Chloé logo sign along with architectural address signage integrated into the building’s historic entryway. The finished signage package enhances the property’s identity without competing with the architecture, creating an elegant focal point that feels like it has always belonged there.
The Challenge
The building’s historic facade features ornate stone detailing, decorative columns, and architectural lighting that contribute heavily to its character. Any new signage needed to respect these existing elements while remaining highly visible both day and night.
The primary challenge was creating a modern illuminated identity sign that would feel sophisticated and understated rather than overpowering. The address signage also needed to integrate seamlessly into the historic entrance while maintaining visibility and code compliance.
The Solution
RiNo Sign Works fabricated a custom reverse halo-lit letter set featuring anodized aluminum faces, satin acrylic returns, and warm 3000K LED illumination. The soft halo lighting creates a subtle glow around each letter, providing visibility after dark while preserving the building’s upscale residential aesthetic.
The project also included custom aluminum address signage mounted within the existing architectural entry surround. Together, the illuminated Chloé logo and address lettering establish a clear sense of arrival while enhancing the property’s historic character and luxury positioning.
