Located in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood, The Corner at 1900 Grant is a modern multifamily high-rise designed to provide an elevated urban living experience. The property required a highly visible building identification sign that would establish a strong street presence while complementing the contemporary architecture of the building.
RiNo Sign Works fabricated and installed a custom illuminated signage package featuring oversized face-lit letters, a custom illuminated logo mark, and architectural accent lighting elements. The finished installation creates a bold visual landmark that enhances the property’s identity and ensures visibility both day and night.
The Challenge
The Corner’s signage needed to perform at multiple scales. From the street, the sign needed to capture attention and clearly identify the property within a dense urban environment. At the same time, the signage had to feel integrated into the building’s architecture and reinforce the property’s modern branding.
Because the sign was installed high above the main entrance, visibility, illumination quality, and proportional sizing were critical to the success of the project.
The Solution
RiNo Sign Works fabricated a custom illuminated letter package using trimless face-lit aluminum letters with LED-optimized acrylic faces for maximum brightness and even illumination. The property’s distinctive logo mark was fabricated using custom yellow 3Form Chroma resin, creating a vibrant illuminated focal point that reinforces the brand identity.
To further enhance the building’s architectural presence, custom illuminated vertical accent elements were installed above the entry columns. Together, the signage and architectural lighting create a welcoming arrival experience while establishing a strong visual identity along Grant Street.
